 I have contacted Dollarhost for the website upgrading but have not received a reply from them.  I am heading to Hong Kong later on  tonight and will arrive on Wednesday.  I am scheduled to depart HK on Sunday and will chase after Dollarhost by phone if I do not  received any news from them by that time.

Dear Man Keung,

While Jim is busy taking care of his mum, amid busy business activities, let's demand less time from him for the time being for KCA activities.

After some thinking, my response to this email is as follows:

1. As our original goal is to bring us together, to integrate efforts to get synergy for making positive contribution to the society, this should be our priority. To separate is my last choice. Therefore, I prefer to have your website staying close to
Kamching.com

2. Re. Corinna's web-based learning project, why not bring (part of) her work to Kamching.com as well, as it is also
Kamching spirit and contribution to the society. I have also brought the teaching package for secondary schools and some
educational messages to http://www.kamching.com/clam. Just a suggestion.

3. Therefore, for getting better hosting features for the growth of Kamching activities, I support upgrading the webhosting plan.

4. For the costs involved, I suggest it be borne by all (including myself) who have launched their personal websites attached to Kamching.com.

5. Linked to (4), we need to have a treasurer anyway for forthcoming activities, e.g. printing and mailing brochures, a dinner function for distributing the brochures. I suggest Ka Yun as she volunteered recently to contribute some efforts for KCA. This role can also let her get closer to KCA brothers and sisters.

If we think more brainstorming is needed, please forward  this email to others.
