I need someone to publish web bulletin. Any volunteers?

An idea just come up to my mind that, before we could design the automatic web bulletin program, why not put our email correspondence on the web manually?

I've just added a "bulletin board" column on the web to publish our past emails there. Anyone interested in the job? I'll be responsible for the emails from May 1 to May 3.

Anyone willing to sort out and upload the emails from April 27 to April 30, or some other days?

You need the Word 97 program.
The job includes:

  1. sort out the emails and give it a title.
  2. copy the content of the email and paste it to Word.
  3. save as word document first then as html document.
  4. test the page in your browser.
  5. edit the document if necessary.
  6. upload the html document to the web server using
    Netscape communicator or Frontpage Express or cuteFTP.
  7. update the index of bulletins (bulletin.htm)

You need to do the jobs from 1 to 4 or 5 at first.

Email them to me after you've done it. I'll guide you through steps 4, 5, 6 and 7.
